LinUp One, we can do more with less.

LinUp One, was developed from a simple entrepreneurial idea: to build a system of analysis and diagnostics to improve activities in terms of time, and work cost in any production environment in which is foreseen the use of human resources and work tools.

The target of LinUp is the work production time and ergonomics optimization of the job, through careful monitoring and analysis of the work flow.

As a consequence of the years of experience and the acquirement of skills related to the world of production gained over the years by the founders of LinUp, they set out to build a hardware and software system able to:

1) further strengthen applied methods with an open mind for continuous improvement.
2) significantly reduce the time and cost of acquisition and analysis of data concerning work cycles.

3) facilitate and allow the use of these techniques to smaller companies as they are currently accessible only to large companies.

To achieve this purpose, LinUp has created a system of analysis and data collection integrated with methodologies which is user wearable, “Lean Manufacturing”.

Our winning and unique idea, is to use the worker as a human vehicle through which image acquisition of the worker’s activities are directly obtainable by wearing our LinUp glasses. By using this system, the intervention of an analyst is not necessary.

In this way, the system connects existing technologies on the market able to transmit at a distance the data relating to the mode of interaction of a worker with the working tools and, the environment in which the activity takes place.

The data is collected in real-time by the operator using the LinUp tools; data is remotely transmitted to a program which goes on to analyze the information and creates a full report of the input. It is possible to use this analysis to reduce time waste and unobvious costs throughout the production process; by using this data the production process may be revised and optimized.

Thanks to the LinUp system, time waste and submerged costs can, be reduced by 20-30% on the total cost of production
